Page Executive partners with a global automotive manufacturer to appoint a senior regional supply chain leader for the Americas. The role guides S&OP, demand and supply planning, and inventory optimization across multiple sites to drive service levels and cost efficiency.

The successful candidate will lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with executive leadership to align demand with production and customer fulfillment across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading regional or multi-site supply chain operations across complex organizations.
• Strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, transportation, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.
• Demonstrated track record of improving service levels, inventory performance, working capital, and operational efficiency.
• Experience leading supply chain transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, inventory investments, and cost optimization programs.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute supply chain strategies across the Americas region to support business goals and operational performance.
• Oversee S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning activities across multiple locations.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives to improve service levels and working capital.
• Direct logistics, transportation, warehousing, customs, and distribution operations throughout the region.
• Ensure alignment between customer demand, production capabilities, inventory targets, and business objectives.
• Develop standardized supply chain processes and best practices across multi-site operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
