Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive SCM experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary supply chain functions beyond procurement.
• Experience supporting fleet vessel operations, dry docks, offshore projects or major maintenance initiatives.
• Strong procurement experience with vessel equipment, spare parts, and technical services.
• Experience managing international logistics, freight forwarding, customs and global supply chains.
• Experience with ERP environments, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and P2P controls.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, internal controls and SOX environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional SCM leadership for the Americas and align with global objectives.
• Act as Houston-based SCM interface for Operations, Engineering, Projects, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
• Independently manage regional supply chain issues, escalations and stakeholder concerns.
• Oversee fleet procurement, logistics, and inventory planning and warehousing.
• Drive supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Support continuous improvement and effective use of ERP/SCM systems.
