Qualifications

• Experience with metrics, reporting, or dashboards is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Space Management & Site Support across Americas Operations sites.
• Prepare and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Coordinate onboarding, moves, restacks, and business continuity planning with site leads and Corporate Services.
• Support quarterly site reviews and leadership touchpoints with concise summaries.
• Provide project management support for regional space initiatives and workplace upgrades.
• Create management-ready dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
