Algolia is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow the AMER Solutions Engineer team, covering the US, supporting Commercial & SMB SEs. You will act as a technical leader near customers, guiding pre-sales cycles with deep product knowledge and ROI-focused demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style, strong management experience, and a track record of developing people while driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 5 Solutions Engineers across AMER and drive technical wins.
• Own accountability for technical evaluation across deals, from discovery to close.
• Coach SEs on consultative selling and ROI mapping.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to scale SE leadership in AMER.
• Champion AI adoption to improve deal velocity and SE efficiency.
