Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the Americas Service portfolio and roadmap to increase customer value and support profitable growth.
• Engage with customers, Sales, and Service teams to understand pain points and market trends, translating insights into new service concepts.
• Develop new products and service offerings with business cases, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Identify opportunities across the installed base including upgrades, spare parts, lifecycle services, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to launch and improve service offerings.
