Job summary

Munters Corporation in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex climate-control projects across operations, manufacturing, and service teams. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality requirements.

You will serve as the primary interface with customers during design, manufacture, and field service, define scope and milestones, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, supervision and delivery of projects within operations, manufacturing and production functions in cooperation with the project owner.
• Primary contact during design, manufacture, and field service phases of assigned projects.
• Defines project scope, cost estimates, goals and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Tracks performance, identifies issues, and implements corrective actions.
• Manages project contracts and risk related to contractual obligations.
• Runs project kickoff meetings with stakeholders and milestones.
• Communicates project information to management and stakeholders.
• Develops turnover documentation for engineering, production and service.
• Manages change orders and projects' service revenue forecasts.
• Maintains project documents, lessons learned, and compliance with quality requirements.
