Teledyne CARIS is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Americas to lead growth in hydrographic software, licensing, subscriptions, and consulting services across North, Central, South America and the Caribbean.

You will build strong customer and partner relationships, forecast pipelines, develop channel programs, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams. Up to 50% travel. Fluent English and Spanish required; U.S. citizenship preferred.

Competenze

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in hydrographic, surveying and mapping software.
• Proven track record in selling to the hydrographic market and forecasting/pipeline management (CRM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrography, Cartography, Marine Science, or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Spanish; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience with CARIS software is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Lead sales across North, Central, and South America, including channel and direct accounts.
• Mentor the North America Sales Manager and drive pipeline growth.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to grow licenses, subscriptions, and consulting sales.
• Maintain accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline reports; shape long‑term GTM strategies.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, demos, events and tradeshows.
