Job summary

MCC is seeking a Sales Director - Americas to lead the commercial strategy and execution for a high-growth region. This role oversees a remote sales team across the Americas and LATAM, driving revenue growth and strategic account management.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will translate global strategy into regional results, expanding market share and strengthening customer relationships in a globally connected packaging and labeling business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in packaging, labeling or printing.
• Senior sales or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country strategies.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to travel to ~30% with in the US and some international.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas commercial strategy aligned to global objectives and drive growth.
• Manage and develop a remote sales team across the region and LATAM.
• Own strategic accounts and drive revenue growth through tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance to enable GTM excellence.
• Identify market opportunities and translate needs into innovative offerings.
