Elektrobit in the Detroit area is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer, Americas, to accelerate growth and establish Elektrobit as a leading software partner in mobility. You will build and scale the commercial engine across the Americas, leveraging customers, services, software, platforms and partnerships to deliver sustainable value.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in software/tech mobility, a proven record in scaling revenue through direct and ecosystem-led models, and strong C-level

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial leadership in software/tech mobility or automotive domains.
• Proven ability to lead regional or global revenue organizations with significant growth targets.
• Track record of scaling businesses via direct sales and ecosystem-driven models.
• Strong executive presence engaging C-level stakeholders and strategic customers.
• Experience building and developing high-performing commercial teams and leaders.
• Strong forecasting discipline and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, bookings, pipeline and forecast accuracy across the Americas.
• Deliver growth through customer expansion, new business, and market development.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Increase retention, expansion and software adoption across accounts.
• Grow recurring revenue and platform penetration.
• Develop strategic partnerships to extend market reach and enable partner-led growth.
• Attract, develop and retain exceptional commercial talent.
