• 8+ years of experience in physical security or related fields.
• Experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional security leadership across the AMER region.
• Oversee physical security programs across offices and studio locations.
• Coordinate incident response and crisis management with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute security for events and executive engagements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Workplace, and other partners; manage external security vendors.
