Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security operations, investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and team development.
• Ability to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively during incidents.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and functions.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or third‑party security providers.
• Familiarity with crisis management, emergency response, and event security operations.
• Flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend work and regional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional security programs, policies, and procedures across AMER locations.
• Lead and coordinate security initiatives with global security teams to maintain standardization.
• Support budget planning, resource management, and vendor oversight within security.
• Coordinate incident response and investigations in collaboration with Workplace, Legal, HR/People, and other teams.
• Provide on-site leadership for security at PlayStation events and executive engagements.
