Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in physical security or related field.
• Experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to assess complex situations and communicate during incidents.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Experience managing vendors or third‑party security providers.
• Familiarity with crisis management, emergency response, and event security.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally evening/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional security team across the AMER region.
• Partner with global security teams to maintain standards.
• Develop and execute regional security strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Use metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Support budget planning, resource management, and vendor oversight.
• Oversee physical security programs across offices and studios.
• Coordinate with Workplace, Legal, HR, and other teams for investigations and incident management.
• Lead responses to workplace security incidents and support crisis management.
• Provide on‑site leadership for events and executive engagements.
