This hybrid, full-time role translates global RO strategy into region-specific priorities and leads regional activation across North and Latin America, working with Sales, Technology, MarCom, and Global Segment Marketing.

You will manage regional launches, demand generation, and channel actions, map the installed base, and deliver growth through targeted value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Strong strategic marketing and data-analysis skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Channel, and Technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global RO strategy into region-specific priorities.
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies for priority segments.
• Own regional execution plans including campaigns, launches, and channel actions.
• Identify growth gaps and partner with Sales to close them.
• Lead regional channel marketing effectiveness and distributor alignment.
• Drive product launch planning and early market feedback.
• Provide ongoing market and competitive intelligence.
