Job summary

GRUNDFOS, a global water technology pioneer, seeks an Americas Sales Director - Water & Industry East to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the Americas. Lead internal teams, distributors, representatives, and key accounts with a focus on margins and customer value.

You will partner with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering, while guiding a high-impact sales organization and travelling as required from Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in sales/industry experience
• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading sales teams
• Deep technical knowledge of centrifugal pump products and applications
• Experience with complex sales channels, pricing, and contracts
• Must reside near a major metro East of the Mississippi near a major airport

Responsibilities

• Shape market strategy and execute commercial plans across the Americas
• Lead a high-performance sales organization across internal teams, distributors, and key accounts
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and financial performance to meet targets
• Develop market segment strategies and translate insights into actionable plans
• Lead complex multi-party negotiations and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape portfolio direction and lifecycle priorities
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Applications Engineering, Supply Chain, and Development Engineering
