Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the Sales area.
• Active individual insurance producer license in at least one state (and willingness to obtain additional licenses).
• 10+ years in employee benefits, insurance, consulting or financial services, including multinational experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Americas growth strategy in alignment with ZGEBS priorities.
• Lead and develop a small team of customer and distribution management professionals.
• Establish regional business plans and monitor progress against targets.
• Identify market opportunities, regulatory trends, and competitive developments across the Americas.
• Drive new business growth and retention across multinational employee benefits programs.
• Sponsor and support strategic sales opportunities, large multinational tenders and RFPs.
• Build executive relationships with multinational clients, consultants, brokers and market influencers.
• Promote adoption of Global Profit Sharing, Global Underwriting and Captive Solutions.
