Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the Sales area.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships across multiple countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Americas growth strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Lead and develop a small team of customer and distribution management professionals.
• Establish regional business plans and monitor progress against targets.
• Identify market opportunities, regulatory trends and competitive developments across the Americas.
• Drive new business growth and retention across multinational programs.
• Sponsor strategic sales opportunities, large tenders and complex RFPs.
• Build executive-level relationships with multinational clients and brokers.
