Teltonika is seeking a Regional Financial Manager (Americas) to lead financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic cost control across the Americas from Irving, Texas. You will partner with CEOs and regional leaders to improve profitability and capital efficiency in a fast-growing IoT group.

Key duties include analyzing performance, monitoring working capital, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, with on-site work during a probation period

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Finance, Audit, FP&A, Controlling or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professional integrity, accountability and discretion.
• Self-driven with ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to HQ.
• Consolidate and monitor weekly cash flow and net terms reports.
• Review bank activity and monitor unusual transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit and intragroup financing policies.
• Monitor and improve working capital across regional offices.
• Monitor pricing deviations and margin performance.
• Oversee inventory quality, ageing, and liquidity.
• Stay informed about tax and regulatory developments across the Americas.
• Partner with CEOs and leadership to improve financial performance and cash flow.
