Job summary

Smiths Detection in the United States seeks an Americas Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety compliance across the region. You will manage a small team and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and the ability to drive continual HSE improvements. You will report to the VP of Operations and collaborate with site leaders to build a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in related field – preferred.
• 5+ years HSE experience in manufacturing.
• 5 years of supervision/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-5 member HSE team and mentor staff.
• Drive HSE regulatory compliance and safety culture.
• Report HSE metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordinate ISO 14001/45001 audits and training.
