Job summary

A leading safety solutions provider is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Specialist to support their Field Service organization across the Central U.S. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HSE experience, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and be comfortable with approximately 50% travel. This role involves conducting audits, incident investigations, and tracking HSE KPIs, driving a robust safety culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE experience supporting environmental and safety programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Comfortable with ~50% travel to support field locations.

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct audits/inspections and risk assessments at Field Service locations
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Track regional HSE KPIs and drive improvements toward safety goals
• Support workers’ comp, ergonomics solutions, and industrial health compliance

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of HSE experience supporting environmental and safety programs
• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) and strong OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Comfort traveling to support field locations (~50% travel)
