Johnson Matthey is seeking an Americas Procurement Lead to drive strategy and execution across the Americas region. You will partner with executive and operations teams to optimize cost, strengthen supply resilience and advance sustainability, while leading a high-performing procurement group.

You will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier relationships and contract management across direct and indirect spend, and guide governance, transformation and risk management in a global matrix

Qualifications

• Extensive senior procurement leadership experience across multiple sites or regions.
• Proven track record in category strategies and large-scale sourcing initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organisation.
• Deep expertise in supplier management, negotiations, contracts and risk.
• Experience leading change, building capable teams and driving performance.
