Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Electrical or related engineering discipline with strong industrial process control experience.
• Experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs (PLC5, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix) using Rockwell software.
• Experience with SCADA systems, ideally FactoryTalk View SE.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, process control and motor control including VFDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of long-term control system strategies to improve process performance.
• Act as technical lead on controls and automation projects for batch and continuous processes.
• Provide expert troubleshooting for control systems, networks and plant operations.
• Define and implement control and automation standards in safety, regulatory and PSM compliance.
• Identify and deliver improvements to instrumentation, electrical and system performance.
