Hitachi Digital Services, LLC is seeking an Oracle Americas Practice Leader to define strategy, drive growth, and ensure delivery excellence across North and South America. You will own revenue, margins, and pipeline while building a high-performing Oracle organization spanning ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Data, AI, PaaS, and OCI.

You will collaborate with sales, consulting, architecture, and delivery teams, manage complex transformations, and develop executive relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and COOs.

Formación

• 15–20+ years of consulting, technology, and business leadership experience, including significant Oracle practice or business leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Extensive Oracle ERP Cloud expertise with strong knowledge of EPM, SCM, HCM, Analytics, AI, PaaS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that have increased Oracle revenue, pipeline, market presence, and client relationships.
• Experience leading complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs across multiple industries and ensuring successful delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead large strategic pursuits, RFP responses, solution development, executive presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Strong executive presence with experience building trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, Oracle leadership, alliance partners, and other senior stakeholders.

• Develop trusted executive relationships and oversee solutions spanning ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Data, AI, PaaS, and OCI.
• Drive new-logo acquisition, account expansion, strategic alliances, and successful client outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, architecture, delivery, Oracle, and strategic partners to strengthen Hitachi Digital Services’ position as a leading Oracle transformation partner.
