Job summary

Chromalloy seeks a Vice President to drive the America’s Market & Programs, leading strategy, growth, and profitability across commercial, cargo, and engine operations. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience, including 6+ years in a senior leadership role in a similar environment.
• Deep knowledge of aerospace regulations, cargo ops, engine tech, and leasing standards.
• Understanding of aftermarket solutions and market drivers for engine services.
• Established relationships with engine sales, shop data, and market drivers; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build, develop and deploy a high-performance team.
• Strong business/commercial/strategic acumen with a global perspective.
• Experience with financial P&L statements; preferably has run a P&L unit.
• Experience across traditional aerospace and emerging engine tech markets.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.
• Willingness to travel extensively (often >50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead America’s Market & Programs to meet/exceed revenue, EBITDA, and cash targets.
• Build and develop a world-class team across America’s Market & Programs.
• Represent Chromalloy to external customers and industry groups; communicate value proposition.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and board as needed on strategy and issues.
• Oversee portfolio of products across Parts, Repairs, and CMS-USM units.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational discipline across markets.
