Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead aerospace manufacturing and repair operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across product lines.

The role requires owning the budget, translating demand into staffing and capacity plans, driving throughput, and partnering with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Solutions to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in aerospace manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and repair operations with safety and quality compliance.
• Own the operational budget / P&L for assigned product lines; improve margins.
• Translate demand into staffing, scheduling, and capacity plans.
• Drive throughput to meet production schedules and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor metrics: OTD, schedule attainment, productivity, inventory turns.
• Lead continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for issues.
• Develop leaders and foster accountability and engagement.
• Represent operations during customer visits and reviews.
