Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC seeks a strategic VP to lead the Americas Market & Programs, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will manage a cross-functional team, build strategic partnerships with airlines, engine lessors, and OEMs, and steer business development in highly regulated markets.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, cargo operations, engine technologies, and leasing standards.
• Requires deep understanding of industry trends for third-party aftermarket solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage America's Market & Programs to meet/exceed budgeted revenue, EBITDA, and cash targets.
• Build and develop a world-class team across the Americas Market & Programs.
• Represent Chromalloy to external stakeholders, especially strategic customers and industry groups.
• Lead strategic initiatives to grow engine business, collaborate with OEMs, MRO facilities, and lessors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and industry standards.
