Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead aerospace manufacturing and repair operations while driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across assigned product lines.

This role serves as the link between customer commitments, operational execution, and business performance, translating demand requirements into executable plans that achieve operational and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership in aerospace manufacturing or a similarly regulated environment.
• Experience using KPIs and data-driven decision making to improve performance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and repair operations ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Own the operational budget and P&L for assigned product lines, driving revenue and margin.
• Translate customer demand into staffing, scheduling, and capacity plans.
• Drive throughput and on-time delivery to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams to remove barriers.
