Strong understanding of Engine OEM platforms and derivatives and their applications.
Deep awareness of third-party aftermarket solutions and service market trends.

Responsibilities

Lead the Americas market business strategy and execution to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Develop strategic partnerships with Airlines, engine lessors, OEMs, and MROs to secure contracts and optimize engine performance.
Foster cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Represent Chromalloy externally at industry events and manage stakeholder relationships.
