Job summary

Oterra in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, is seeking a Planning & Procurement Manager to lead the Americas network planning and procurement teams. You will translate global strategy into regional supply, capacity and sourcing plans, optimize inventory and drive service improvements across multiple sites.

The role requires building strong cross-functional partnerships, guiding S&OP/IBP processes, and developing talent while advancing the transition toward natural colors in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Significant experience in supply chain, network planning, S&OP / IBP, manufacturing planning or related disciplines.
• Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Experience in strategic network planning, capacity planning and/or supply chain optimization.
• Experience leading or developing teams; direct people management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working across regions and cultures in a global organization.
• Procurement experience or strong understanding of procurement processes preferred.
• Experience in food ingredients, specialty chemicals, colors, natural products or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with ERP/MRP and planning systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Lead and optimize the Americas supply network in line with global strategy.
• Develop regional supply, capacity, sourcing and deployment strategies.
• Oversee procurement, inventory planning and risk mitigation in the Americas.
• Drive network readiness for new products and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure integrated planning and governance.
• Lead S&OP/IBP processes for the Americas network.
