Job summary
Harvey is seeking a seasoned lawyer to lead its in‑house Legal Engineering team in the Americas, reporting to the VP, Legal Engineering & Regulatory Investigations. You will scale a high‑performing organization and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
This leadership role focuses on building systems, processes, and trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for Harvey's clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 9+ years of post‑qualification experience.
- Experience at a top‑tier law firm and/or in‑house at a large tech company with client‑facing exposure.
- Experience leading managers and manager‑led organizations in fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale the Legal Engineering Managers and teams serving Harvey's in‑house clients.
- Build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms to deliver exceptional outcomes at scale.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to legal department leaders and senior stakeholders across Harvey.
- Drive organizational performance through planning, resource management, and talent development.
- Define the future of Legal Engineering and Harvey's partnerships with corporate legal departments.
