Job summary

Simplot is seeking a Senior Manager Labor Relations Americas to lead labor relations strategy and execution across the Americas for the Global Food division. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, bargaining, and risk management in a multi-country environment.

Reporting to the Director Labor Relations & Compliance, this position requires building capability, managing grievances, and partnering with Legal, HR leaders, and plant managers to ensure constructive employee relations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from 4 year college or university.
• Bachelor's Degree focused on Law, Industrial Relations or Human Resources highly preferred.
• Relevant certification in labor relations highly preferred (e.g., CLRP, SHRM).
• 8+ years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a contemporary labor relations framework across Americas for Simplot’s Global Food division.
• Lead enterprise bargaining across the region, embedding the global bargaining framework.
• Provide coaching, compliance guidance, and risk management for BAU and project initiatives.
• Support employment and bargaining-related litigation with the Legal Team.
• Partner with HR and Legal on labor relations projects and initiatives.
• Leverage data, metrics, and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
