ITG Brands is seeking an Internal Communications Content Partner for the Americas on a fixed-term basis, based in North Carolina. The role focuses on hands-on content development, coordination and execution to strengthen day-to-day communications across business priorities in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Strong internal communications writing and editing skills.
• Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Capacity to simplify complex information without losing accuracy.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
• Experience supporting transformation or change communications.
• Understanding of internal communications channels and content planning.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit communications for employees and leaders, ensuring clear, audience-focused messaging.
• Develop materials including announcements, newsletters, Viva Engage posts, intranet content, talking points, FAQs, leadership messages and presentations.
• Translate complex business or change information into clear employee-facing communications.
• Provide hands-on writing/editing support to reduce reliance on external agencies for day-to-day work.
• Coordinate content across channels (Weekly newsletter, intranet pages, Viva Engage, digital screens) and manage scheduling, approvals and distribution.
• Support transformation and change communications related to priorities and ensure local activation aligns with broader messaging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs, shape narratives and increase visibility of cross-functional work across the Americas.
• Assist agency partners when external support is needed and track outputs to ensure value.
