Job summary

You will craft content for newsletters, intranet, videos, and internal channels, elevating employee engagement and ensuring alignment with operations priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field.
• Excellent writing and editing across multiple formats.
• Strong storytelling and content creation capability.
• Experience adapting content for digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and execution of Town Halls and all-hands meetings for Operations employees across North America.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs across dispersed sites.
• Help develop internal communications plans aligned with Operations strategy and achievements, with strong storytelling.
