Dolce & Gabbana Beauty USA Inc. seeks an experienced HR Data & Planning Manager to lead analytics, budgeting, and market intelligence for the Americas. The role requires transforming complex HR and financial data into clear insights for strategic decision-making and annual planning.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, robust planning experience, and the ability to present data to senior leadership. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, planning, financial analysis, compensation, benefits, or a related function.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, models, and executive presentations.
• Experience conducting salary benchmarking, market studies, and comparisons across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws as they apply to compensation and hiring across the Americas.
• Regional experience across Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
• Exposure to broader Americas operations or US-based teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR forecasts, budgets, and planning models across the Americas.
• Monitor actual vs. projected costs, analyze variances, and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Support annual planning cycles with scenario modeling and cost projections.
• Forecast and budget for current, open, and planned positions including organizational changes.
• Ensure consistency across budgets, forecasts, and actual results.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market studies across the Americas.
• Analyze external market data, cost structures, and trends to inform HR decisions.
• Provide recommendations to optimize benefits programs and costs.
