Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, or related analytical function.
• Excel proficiency: formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis; PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with large datasets and numerical information.
• Exposure to HRIS or reporting tools; data accuracy mattered.
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn and develop.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain headcount and FTE reporting for multiple locations.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI reports on workforce evolution and costs.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and highlight risks to HR/Finance.
• Validate workforce data across HR systems and reporting files.
• Translate workforce data into clear summaries for management.
• Coordinate annual workforce planning, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Track labor costs, salaries, incentives, and other HR expenses.
