DOLCE&GABBANA in Miami, Florida, is seeking an experienced HR Data & Planning Manager to support HR planning, analytics, budget management, market intelligence, and benefits analysis across the Americas.

This role will transform complex HR and financial data into clear insights that inform strategic decision-making, annual planning, and regional priorities, while communicating findings to senior leadership and collaborating with cross‑functional teams across Latin America and the United States.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, planning, financial analysis, compensation, benefits, or related function.
  • Strong experience with budget management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large and complex datasets.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, models, and executive presentations.
  • Experience conducting salary benchmarking, market studies, and comparative analyses across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws as they apply to compensation and hiring practices across the Americas.
  • Strong regional experience across Latin America, with hands-on knowledge of Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to broader Americas operations or collaboration with US based teams is considered a plus.

  • Monitor actual and projected costs, analyze variances, and identify key risks and opportunities.
  • Support annual and recurring planning cycles, including scenario modeling and cost projections.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting for current, open, and planned positions, including the impact of organizational changes.
  • Ensure consistency across budgets, forecasts, and actual results.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market studies across the Americas.
  • Develop comparative analyses across countries, roles, and organizational levels.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments that may impact HR planning and costs.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
  • Analyze employee benefits programs, costs, and market competitiveness across the Americas.
  • Provide recommendations to support program effectiveness and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of processes, regional market dynamics, and the ability to effectively communicate and present data to senior leadership.
