Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring a Head of GTM for the Americas to set and drive our regional go-to-market strategy. You will lead a ~50-person team of AEs, CSMs, and Leaders responsible for landing new customers, expanding usage, renewing contracts, and scaling frontline operations on Mitti.

You will align with global teams to tailor market strategies, hire top talent, and build a single, high‑performing team across time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven leadership in Go-to-Market roles.
• Extensive experience leading Sales and GTM teams in a high-growth SaaS business in the US.
• Experience transforming GTM strategy (product-led to sales-led, horizontal to industry-focused).
• Proven ownership of forecasts, budgets, P&L, lead generation, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM for the Americas region and manage a ~50-person team of AEs, CSMs, and leaders.
• Set, implement, and iterate on GTM strategy to deliver revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with global teams to tailor market strategies for the Americas.
• Hire and develop top talent and build a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Drive cross-functional partnership with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
