Qualifications

• Significant senior-level banking experience covering asset managers or equivalent institutions.
• Proven ability to originate and grow revenues across transaction banking, payments, liquidity and lending.
• Demonstrated success building and managing C-suite client relationships.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, capital deployment and balance sheet management.
• Outstanding people leadership and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Barclays' most strategic Funds & Asset Managers relationships across the Americas.
• Develop executive engagement strategies and deepen client connectivity to increase Barclays' share of wallet.
• Deliver revenue growth across transaction banking, lending and related products.
• Promote a culture of strong risk management and ensure regulatory compliance.
