Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking an Americas Field Operations Director to stand up our first dedicated Global Field Operations organization.

You will partner with sales leaders, report to the VP of Global Field Operations, and build a predictable, scalable operating model across the Americas. This is a hands-on, build-and-operate role with a strategic mindset, measured by forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and timely interventions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Field Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience building or rebuilding forecasting, pipeline management, and rhythm-of-business cadences for a high-growth enterprise sales organization.
• Track record of measurable improvement in forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, or sales productivity in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a trusted operating partner to Americas field team for forecasts, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Design and run the region’s pipeline, forecast, deal review, and performance rhythms.
• Improve forecast predictability through evidence-based deal inspection and management accountability.
• Identify emerging performance risks and opportunities before they impact outcomes.
• Translate commercial data into actionable business diagnoses and interventions.
• Collaborate with Insights and Analytics to develop automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Drive consistent opportunity progression and standardize management practices.
