Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Manager FM Site Lead - Americas to be located in Spring House, PA. You will own overall accountability for driving Enterprise Facilities Management capabilities within one assigned site and oversee outsourcing partners to deliver a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.

The role reports to the Senior Manager FM Site Lead and requires leading diverse teams, strong communication, and strategic yet tactical execution across facilities services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledgeable in utility-based systems (chilled water, steam, compressed air, etc.)
• Certifications (e.g., IFMA, CEM, etc.)
• Budget/financial leadership skills
• Strong record of local collaboration ensuring completion of projects and people development
• Ability to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical focus
• Critical GMP/GLP regulated experience
• Pharmaceutical R&D experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to site-level business customers for Facilities quality, safety, compliance, and performance
• Interact with site and corporate leaders to represent Facilities (E&PS)
• Lead complex relationships with outsourcing partners at site level, as applicable.
• Good people management skills and strong technical skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills both written and oral, including presentation to small and large groups of people.
• Lead meetings with site occupants to communicate site services changes
• Build a strong team to serve the site consisting of Facilities Site Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Site Lead, Employee Health and Wellbeing Site Lead, and a designated Business Leader.
• Ability to recognize and communicate emerging site issues to Sr. Mgr. FM Site Lead
• Ability to adapt emerging standard methodologies and industry innovations
• Ability to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation is required
• Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite; required
• Gather and Submit metric data to satisfy internal and external requirements
• Serve as primary site liaison for Environmental Health & Safety compliance (as appropriate)
• Ensure compliance with external and internal requirements
• Implement business continuity plans and infrastructure management programs
• Support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects
• Build an annual site facilities budget per business need
• Proficient in SAPPM and SAPMM
• Proficient in cGMP & GLP regulations
