Citi Wealth is seeking a dynamic and client-driven equity professional to lead the Americas Equity Advisory function within its Global Capital Markets organization. This role owns the equity narrative for Citi Wealth in North America and Latin America, focusing on idea generation, thematic implementation, and actionable trade recommendations to engage advisors and clients.

The role involves building a direct-to-desk client book, advising on existing equity holdings, and partnering with Equity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity markets, equity research, or equity advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of equity market dynamics, sector analysis, derivatives, and thematic investment frameworks.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients on equity strategy and implementation.
• Ability to generate original investment ideas and communicate them to clients and internal audiences.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the equity investment narrative for Citi Wealth North America and Latin America.
• Generate actionable equity trade ideas and implementation strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Advise clients on equity holdings, concentration management, and thematic repositioning.
• Lead direct-to-desk client engagement and coordinate with trading for execution.
• Lead and develop the Americas Equity Advisory team and foster talent.
