Job description

We are working with one of the world's biggest and most successful industrial manufacturers who are seeking Senior Compensation Manager for their operations in North America.

The firm is by far the market leader in most of the sectors that they operate in, with over $20Bn in revenue and almost 20,000 employees worldwide. North America is their biggest strategic growth region, representing almost 4,000 people and growing strongly both organically and through an aggressive acquisition drive. This role will define and implement the North America compensation strategy, focusing on adapting global initiatives to the local market needs, partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR business partners in a complex matrix environment, putting in place best in class processes, procedures and technology and ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.
