Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Vice President of Americas Asset Servicing to lead operational efficiency, risk management, and client service across the NAM and LATAM markets. The role demands strong analytics, process improvement, and people leadership to scale operations and reduce risk.

The leader will drive automation initiatives, develop training programs, and manage corporate actions teams, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues while strengthening the control environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate actions and market practices across NAM & LATAM
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with process-improvement experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, simplification, and standardization across the Americas
• Develop and implement training programs for Asset Servicing teams
• Manage, mentor, and develop corporate actions teams
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues with root-cause analysis
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify root causes of systemic challenges in LATAM Asset Servicing
• Analyze operational metrics and identify trends for process improvements and risk reduction
• Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, internal units, and product partners
• Lead strategic initiatives to transform efficiency and client satisfaction across the Americas Asset Servicing
