Citi in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Vice President – Forms Governance Business Lead Analyst to lead the governance framework for Wealth documents. You will partner with senior leaders, compliance, legal, and technology to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across NAM and LATAM.

This senior individual contributor role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to drive standardized regional solutions while balancing local business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Finance or related discipline.
• 7–10 years in Forms Governance, Operational Risk, Business Analysis, and Process Transformation.
• Experience in a global financial institution or highly regulated industry preferred.
• Regional experience across NAM and LATAM regulatory environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Governance & Framework Ownership across NAM and LATAM.
• Direct end-to-end lifecycle management of the bank's document inventory.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Brand Management to ensure standards.
• Drive digital transformation and remediation of document processes.
