Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the airline distribution portfolio across the Americas. Drive content strategy and relationships with external partners to secure best-in-class content for customers.

Collaborate with product, technology, marketplace and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of new distribution capabilities and models. Strong negotiation, analytical and cross-cultural skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in airline/travel distribution.
• Ideal knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability).
• Strong product and technology knowledge to influence product discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead air distribution strategy for North America and LatAm.
• Collaborate with Airlines to align on distribution goals and offerings.
• Resolve content-related issues and apply solutions to overcome challenges.
• Partner with Product & Technology, Marketplace and Commercial teams for alignment on goals.
