Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a qualified professional to manage the airline distribution portfolio across the Americas from Nashville. You will secure best-in-class content for customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize content at the point of sale.

The role emphasizes strategy, content development, and collaborating with product, technology, and commercial teams to drive alignment and performance. A minimum of 3+ years in airline/travel distribution is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of airline or travel distribution experience.
• Knowledge of NDC.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business issues into actionable insights for leadership.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management to navigate a complex organization.
• Experience in developing future-proofing strategies within organizations.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure optimal value for the organization.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial impact of negotiations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive the air distribution strategy in North America and Latam.
• Collaborate with airlines to align goals and enhance offerings to customers.
• Resolve content-related issues and apply solutions to overcome challenges.
• Work with Product & Technology, Marketplace and Commercial teams for alignment and progress on goals.
• Develop and implement new strategies to evolve and expand content using new capabilities and technology.
• Develop commercial models to meet evolving marketplace needs.
