Responsibilities

• Administer inbound calls, interact with entrepreneurs and executives, and understand their needs to recommend appropriate American Express SBS products.
• Provide detailed product and service information, highlighting benefits and features of American Express Independent company Services.
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including relationship building, needs assessment, complaint resolution, and closing deals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering account inquiries in a fast‑paced, organized environment.
• Record critical data following established procedures and protocols.
• Adhere to all administrative and compliance policies related to fraud prevention and transaction processing.

Qualifications
