This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the Global Specialty Services team by supporting front‑office investment funds programs. The Project Analyst works closely with internal and external partners to drive results, develop and maintain supporting materials, and ensure project execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and support all associate assistance systems, work aids, prepare materials and other assistance‑related reports.
• Maintain a financial plan and invoicing.
• Survey trends and drive remediation plans based on the Business Self‑Testing (BST) and Consistency data reports.
• Work with and lead week‑by‑week cycle meetings and status reviews depending on the situation.
• Supervise the HR‑ID executive interaction, GRAF updates and password resets for all appointed partner associates.
• Assist with process improvement and cross‑functional execution of new methodologies.
• Assist internal and external partner executives.

Compensation

$55,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year, plus total rewards and benefits.
