Job summary

American Beauty in Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Host to join our energetic dining team. You will orchestrate guest seating, welcome guests, manage reservations, and collaborate with the bar and kitchen to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of host experience in a high-volume setting, outstanding communication, and a commitment to hospitality standards. This role offers competitive wages and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette.
• Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate reservations and seating with the front of house team.
• Assist guests with needs and special requests to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and restaurant procedures.

American Beauty is a steakhouse with a menu that features beef, seafood, and seasonal market vegetables.Our horseshoe bar serves a range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections.

We are looking fora Lead Host to join our team!The ideal candidate will be organized, consistent, approachable, and committed to creating a great guest experience.
