Qualifications

- Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
- Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette.
- Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate reservations and seating with the front of house team.
- Assist guests with needs and special requests to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and restaurant procedures.
