Job summary

Superba Snacks + Coffee in Pasadena is seeking a Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is positive-minded, savvy, and genuinely hospitable, with at least two years of full-service restaurant experience.

You will deliver hospitality with steps of service, work with Toast, OpenTable and HotSchedules, and enjoy a team that cares about seasonal menus, exceptional food quality, and career growth within a rapidly expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of server experience in a contemporary, chef-driven full-service restaurant.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Adheres to steps of service, food safety and sanitation, and menu knowledge.
• Ability to address problems quickly and turn tough situations into positives.
• Familiar with Toast, OpenTable and HotSchedules for operations.
• Flexible schedule with open availability.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef driven and full-service restaurant
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
